# Add Token Info

Add Token Info lets a project team add a project-managed brand layer to a VibeCaps market.

Once approved, traders can see your banner, logo, description, website, social links, and optional X feed on the token trading page instead of relying only on default token metadata.

### Where to Click

#### VibeCaps Trading UI

Open a VibeCaps market that does not already have approved token info. In the token header, click the sparkle **Add token info** icon next to the token identity and safety icons.

On desktop, hover the icon and choose **Add info**. On mobile, tap the icon to open the action sheet.

#### Pools Page

Open the listed pool detail page for the token. In the pool header, click **Add token info** beside the token name, chain and DEX icons, share button, and status tag.

The button only appears for listed pools whose token does not already have approved token info.

### Before You Start

Have these ready before submitting:

* A connected wallet. This wallet owns the submission history.
* The VibeCaps market you want to customize.
* Optional banner artwork and logo files in JPG, PNG, or WebP format.
* Optional website and social links.
* A contact email for review updates and possible refund follow-up.
* Optional Telegram contact.
* USDC on one of the payment chains shown in the form.

Only use the payment amount, USDC token, chain, and treasury address shown inside the Vibe app.

### What You Can Add

You can add:

* Banner artwork
* Token logo
* Project description
* Website
* Social links
* X feed profile

The X feed can appear on the trading page and surface posts on the chart after approval.

### X Feed On The Chart

When an X feed is approved, posts can appear in the Feed panel and surface as markers on the token chart. This helps traders connect market moves with project updates.

### How To Submit

1. Open the VibeCaps market for your token.
2. Click **Add token info**.
3. Fill in the project details.
4. Add your contact email.
5. Continue to payment.
6. Choose a deposit chain.
7. Send the exact USDC fee to the treasury address shown in the form.
8. Paste the deposit transaction hash or explorer URL.
9. Submit for review.

The app verifies that the treasury received enough USDC on the selected chain before accepting the submission.

### Payment And Review

The fee is a one-time USDC review fee. The live amount is shown in the app before payment.

After submission, your status appears in **Your submissions**:

* **Pending review**: the Vibe team received your submission.
* **Approved**: the token info is live.
* **Rejected**: the submission was not approved.
* **Replaced**: a newer approved submission is now live for the token.

If your submission is still pending, you can edit it. Updating a pending submission replaces the pending row and reuses the original payment transaction hash.

### Refunds

Rejected submissions are refunded at our discretion.

Common Reasons for Rejection

* **Fraud or Suspicion of Scams:** Links are often flagged and rejected if they direct users to malicious sites or accounts associated with known scams.
* **Inactive or Inconsistent Info:** Your website must be live, and social media accounts must have a clear history of active posts related to the token.
* **Mismatch in Verification:** The submitted socials or website must properly correspond with the smart contract and token information.

### Tips

* Paste the full transaction hash or explorer URL after payment.
* Make sure the transaction is on the same chain selected in the form.
* Use only links and artwork you control or have permission to use.
* Keep your contact information current until review is complete.
* If payment details fail to load, do not guess the fee or treasury address.
