# Pool statuses and troubleshooting

What Live, Review, Expired, Rejected, Refunded and Delisted mean, what you can do from each, and how to fix common issues.

Every pool carries a status tag. This page explains what each one means, what you can do from it, and how to resolve common issues.

### Pool status reference

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2FSbPtbO8FKVfuR1eSnZj8%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=1ac43889-fe0a-4e7a-8411-455b7568bd56" alt=""><figcaption><p>Pools Status Column</p></figcaption></figure>

| Status | Meaning | What you can do |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Live** | Validated and trading. | Deposit, Withdraw, Claim, Trade, Edit Config |
| **Review** | Validation is running. Usually minutes. | Wait — no action needed |
| **Waiting** | The pool exists but has not been funded yet. | Deposit |
| **Expired** | Automatic listing attempts finished without a result. Not necessarily an invalid token. | **Retry** the listing, or **Refund** your deposit |
| **Rejected** | Terminal. A tax token, or manual retries exhausted. | **Refund**, open a Discord ticket |
| **Refunded** | The deposit was returned, minus the $1 retained for listing costs. Kept as a record. | Nothing — no action left |
| **Delisted** | The pool was live and has since been removed. | **Withdraw** (full amount only), **Claim** |

A **tax token** is one that takes a fee on every transfer, so the amount that arrives is smaller than the amount sent. Vibe cannot list them — see [Rejected](#rejected-request-a-refund).

**Your Pools** groups these into tabs: **Active**, **In Progress**, **Expired** and **Rejected**.

### Review — validation in progress

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2FwTyOQMIARsNvzTDu6pG7%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=85fa9e79-8cd2-4a74-aeb9-e7a556e7112e" alt=""><figcaption><p>Your Pools-Review Status</p></figcaption></figure>

Your token is being validated. The tooltip shows a **Listing step X/Y** counter so you can see forward progress.

You do not need to keep the window open. Validation continues in the background and a notification tells you the outcome. Track it in **Your Pools → In Progress**.

Most listings resolve in minutes, but liquidity, routing and market conditions all affect how long validation takes, and there is no published time limit. Use the step counter as your signal: if it has not moved and the pool has been in Review for well over an hour, open a Discord ticket rather than keep waiting.

### Expired — retry the listing

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2FYahivRbCupHDPYXiyToU%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=39451cfc-1d31-42d5-ae63-aaeb3e0dafb3" alt=""><figcaption><p>Expired Status</p></figcaption></figure>

Expired means the automatic attempts finished without a decision. The token is not necessarily invalid.

You get a bounded number of **manual retries**. Select **Retry** on the pool's row to open the retry modal, which shows the chain, the token address, your deposit and the reason it is pending, then triggers a fresh attempt.

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2FlNtugQ7NzdmkqXowfhHN%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=212d0f03-8577-43a5-b0e5-6343d50c9802" alt=""><figcaption><p>Retry Modal</p></figcaption></figure>

What you can and cannot see:

* **The cooldown is visible.** After a retry, the Retry button is disabled and counts down the remaining wait. You cannot retry until it reaches zero.
* **The number of retries left is not shown.** There is no counter in the UI. You find out the budget is spent when the pool moves from **Expired** to **Rejected** — that transition *is* the signal.

Because the remaining count is hidden, do not treat retrying as free. If the same failure keeps recurring, refunding is usually the better move.

#### You can refund an Expired pool without retrying

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2F3iJU2giJtFOZJtglqHFq%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=70234f93-18fc-4688-8b33-40cd8e2957f0" alt=""><figcaption><p>Refund Button</p></figcaption></figure>

Retry is the *primary* action on an Expired row, but it is not the only one. **Refund** sits in the row's **More actions (…)** menu, and it is available straight away — you do not have to burn through every manual retry first.

That matters when the failure is environmental rather than a problem with your token. If listing is failing because a dependency is down, spending your retries against it achieves nothing, and refunding is the cleaner exit.

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2FKrrvJqbADrtf0eHToOYf%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=90c5ad73-db07-4d8a-a63a-1be7d763b7c5" alt=""><figcaption><p>Refund Modal</p></figcaption></figure>

Which to choose:

* **Retry** if you believe the token is fine and the failure was transient — a busy moment, a routing hiccup.
* **Refund** if you want your deposit back now, or the same failure keeps recurring.

### Rejected — request a refund

Rejected is terminal. There are two ways to get here:

* **Tax token detected.** A token that takes a fee on transfer fails the swap-balance check. It can never be listed, so it goes straight to Rejected and never appears in Expired. Retrying will not help.
* **Manual retries exhausted.** Every attempt was used without success.

From a Rejected pool you can request a **Refund**, and open a Discord ticket if you want the team to look at it.

### How refunds work

{% hint style="warning" %}
**A refund closes this listing permanently.** It cannot be turned back into a market. If you refund and later want the token listed, you start a fresh listing with a new deposit.
{% endhint %}

1. Select **Refund** on the pool. On a **Rejected** row it is the primary button; on an **Expired** row it sits in the **More actions (…)** menu.
2. Enter a refund address **on the same chain as your deposit** — a Solana address for a Solana deposit, an EVM `0x…` address for an EVM deposit.
3. Confirm.

**The Refund Amount shown is an estimate, and can read higher than what you actually receive.** $1 of the token is retained to cover the listing API costs, and converting that $1 into a token amount needs a current price. When no price is available — common for failed listings and new tokens that DexScreener has not indexed — the row falls back to showing your gross deposit, with the $1 still deducted at settlement.

Your refund is submitted rather than paid instantly. Track it in **Your Pools → History**, filtered to **Refunds**, where it carries a status and a transaction link once it settles. Once it completes, the pool stays in Your Pools as a terminal **Refunded** row — a record, with no action left.

{% hint style="info" %}
Refunds only exist for pools whose deposit never became liquidity — rejected and expired listings. A pool that went live and was later **delisted** is not refunded; you recover it by withdrawing and claiming, exactly like a live pool.
{% endhint %}

### Delisted pools

<figure><img src="https://1059243772-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FCr6LuvhRparZQQ69OnVT%2Fuploads%2Fln6DwGlag2qQHRjUjDW1%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=08af898c-1346-4538-b5fd-efbd12dcb706" alt=""><figcaption><p>Delisted Pool</p></figcaption></figure>

A delisted pool was live and has since been removed. Trading and new deposits are disabled, and a notice appears at the top of the pool page.

Your funds are not stuck:

* **Withdraw** your remaining balance. Delisted pools allow a full 100% withdrawal only — there is no partial option.
* **Claim** any rewards the pool still holds.

Delisted pools do not appear in Discover, only in Your Pools.

### Common problems

**Claim is greyed out but Withdraw works.**\
Check what the reward field shows. `$0` or `—` means there is genuinely nothing to claim. **Unavailable** means the reward could not be read — refresh and try again. This is not a sign the pool earned nothing.

**Retry is still disabled after the cooldown looks finished.**\
The cooldown is fetched once and cached, so a stale value can outlive the actual wait. Reload the page to re-read it. If it is still disabled after a reload, the retry budget is spent and the pool will move to Rejected.

**My refund failed.**\
A failed refund does not consume anything — your deposit stays refundable and you can submit again. Check the refund address is on the same chain as the deposit, which is the most common cause. If it keeps failing, open a Discord ticket with the token address and chain.

**My pool vanished from Your Pools.**\
Pools drop off once you have fully exited: nothing left to withdraw, nothing left to claim, or a rejected pool refunded down to zero. A pending withdrawal or an unclaimed reward keeps a pool visible until it resolves.

**My reward history shows nothing, but I have claims recorded.**\
The daily reward series only covers a recent window of roughly 18 days. A pool that earned months ago and has been quiet since reads as zero across that whole window. The app falls back to your **Claims** record, which is stored separately and still proves what you earned.

**My listing deposit landed but the pool is still pending.**\
The deposit was probably below the **$5** minimum. The app shows how much more to send — top it up from the same modal and validation resumes.

**Your Pools will not load on my phone.**\
Your Pools needs a one-time wallet signature, and a phone linked by QR cannot sign. Sign in on Vibe desktop, then re-scan the link QR.

**I deposited the wrong token, or on the wrong chain.**\
Those transfers cannot be recovered. Always copy the deposit address from the app and check the chain and token shown in the modal before sending.

### Getting help

If none of the above fits, open a Discord ticket from the pool's **More actions (…)** menu.

Always include:

* The token's **contract address** and its **chain** — on the pool's detail page, or the address you listed with.
* What the pool's **status tag** says — the pool row in Your Pools, or the detail page header.
* The **wallet address** you deposited or signed from.

Then add whichever applies to your problem:

* **A deposit, withdrawal or refund** — the **transaction hash**. Open **Your Pools → History**, find the row, and copy it from the **Links** column.
* **A claim** — the **date and amount** from the pool's **Claims** tab. Claims do not display an ID of their own.
* **A listing that never produced a transaction** — the time you sent the deposit, the amount, and the address you sent from.

A transaction hash identifies your case exactly, so lead with one whenever there is a row for what went wrong. Without it, anyone helping you is searching by wallet and timestamp.
