### Account Health

Account Health measures how close you are to liquidation. As your account health changes, so does Chepe’s expression — a fun, visual indicator of your trading risk.

### Liquidations

Liquidation occurs when Equity Balance falls below the Maintenance Margin (CVA). Liquidation scope depends on the market and margin mode: cross-margin accounts can have multiple positions closed at once, while VibeCaps positions use isolated virtual accounts.

* Monitor Risk: Watch the animated Account Health display and the “Account Overview” tab.
* CVA Forfeiture: If liquidation occurs, the entire CVA locked in your trades goes to the counterparty.

{% hint style="info" %}
Cross-margin accounts consider the account balance for margin, so liquidation can result in the loss of the account balance used by that account. VibeCaps uses isolated virtual accounts; liquidation is scoped to the affected virtual account, not other VibeCaps virtual accounts.
{% endhint %}

### Equity Balance

Your total account value, including open positions:

If the Equity Balance falls below the Maintenance Margin (CVA), the account will be liquidated, and the CVA locked in trades will be forfeited.

### Allocated Balance, Locked Margin, Available for Orders

* Allocated Balance: Full amount designated to your account (including your equity).
* Locked Margin: The portion of your equity locked in open trades.
* Available for Orders: Funds remaining for new positions.

Available for Orders = Equity Balance - Locked Margin - Maintenance Margin
